Upgrading MOBO and CPU

Vello people, I am making a second post to one I did regarding upgrading my GPU. I was considering changing either my GPU alone or my CPU+MOBO.

I currently have an and fx 6300 with an asrock 960gm MOBO, paired with (x2) gskill 4gb ram and a gtx 750 to ftw edition. Upgrading the GPU leaves me no budget left (5500 pesos, wich is 370 USD approximately), upgrading the CPU+MOBO leaves around 1500 pesos (100 USD) which I can use to buy a new case (I have a sentey one).

The CPU+MOBO I saw came in combo, its a Intel core I5 4440 + Asrock H81M-VG4. Is this a good combo? Does it pair well with my current GPU for gaming (will it bottleneck)? Is there a big difference performance wise with the AMD FX 6300?

yes but you will see way more performance increase if you upgrade your gpu

to answer your question about the cpu yeas in games that fouse more on single thread you will see about a 10-15% difference

what gpu do you have now?

My current GPU is a EVGA GTX 750 Ti FTW Edition (2bg vram). I was planning on buying either a GTX 960, R9 380 or 370 (all of these 3 will have 4gb vram).

for the gpu get the r9 390 4gb because you can get that for 203, for the cpu you can keep you cpu unless you want to upgrade it you can get an i5 4430 and a mobo 260

The thing is that I live in Argentina, so the 380 already eats up my budget pretty much. I dont see a 390, did you mean the 380 or the 290? The 290 is over my budget atm. Thank you
