Upgrading mobo dont know if i need to reinstall os

im planning on upgrading my mobo but i have all my file backed up and i have windows 7 home premium 64 bit oem installed if i installed my new motherboard could i just use the repair/ reinstall disc instead of going to the hassle of deleting all my old mobos drivers

It depends on the upgrade, but if you're going from Intel to Intel, then you probably need to do nothing.

im a fairly new system builder but i have amd my current motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-M68MT-S2 AM3+ NVIDIA GeForce 7025/nForce 630a chipset Micro ATX AMD Motherboard and im thinking of upgrading to a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131657 or a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128535 or a http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131657 but still the question is when changing a motherboard do i need to use my windows repair/reinstall oem disc i dont care about losing personal data i just want to know if i have to buy another brand new copy of windows or if i just have to use the repair/reinstall disc to keep using it

In theoroy you can make it work. However you will never delete all the old stuff, nad you will get ranndowm hangs and other issues. Either use an App that can move your apps n stuff to the new install or just reinstall everything. Save yourself a headache and start with a fresh install. PCmover will let you do what you want with having a new install.

ps. i dont have enough money in my budget to buy another copy of windows

Yes. If you can't register it, then call Microsoft and explain that you had to replace the motherboard, etc. They'll give you a new registration key.
