Upgrading Monitor For Gaming

I currently have https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/monitors/uhd-and-wqhd/s32d850t-samsung-wqhd-32-led-monitor-ls32d85ktsr-za/
It's a nice monitor but I'd like something better for gaming, around $200-$400, 32 inch, 5ms or lower. Honestly, something around same price as the monitor listed above but better for gaming.
My GPU is a 1070 ti. Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

You can't get a good 32" gaming monitor for under $400 that's any better than the one you have.
