Upgrading Motherboard and CPU do I need a new cooler?

So I'm going to be upgrading from an i7-6800k with an MSI x99a Motherboard to an i9-9900k with a GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ELITE Motherboard, Do I need to upgrade my liquid cooler?

I do plan to OC it to 5.0GHz

I am not sure what my current cooler is, but its a 2 fan that works on the MSI x99a SLI plus, would it work on the GIGABYTE Z390 AORUS ELITE?
