Upgrading Motherboard and CPU

and need to know if everything will work with my parts from my old computer here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883114100 Thanks for helping and i know its and old cheap computer but my buget is very low and i got a good deal for the fx-6100. Also will i have to reinstall windows 7 because the computer didnt come with a disk. Thanks

That computer looks like it's compatible with ITX and the rare Micro-ATX boards that only have 2 expansion slots.

oh well the CPU and Motherboard=AMD FX-6100 OEM Six Core CPU, 95W, AM3+/MSI 760GM-P23 (FX) Motherboard/Thermaltake CPU Cooler
got it for $109 and a pack of 10 dvdrs lol
