Upgrading motherboard soon, is it as easy as that?

So im upgrading from Amd motherboard to Intel Motherboard. Im getting an i5 4590 with my intel motherboard. My question is, is it as easy as putting in the motherboard and putting all the components back in, firing up my PC and hopping on a game? Thanks!

Yes and no. When you replace the motherboard you'll have to reinstall windows otherwise your HDD/SSD won't see your old motherboard and keep restarting until it does see it. Other than that, yes you just to have to swap boards/cpus and good to go.
