Upgrading my 2 year old pc

Hi all...

I'm going to upgrade my two year old gaming pc. Which of the following specs should i upgrade so i can play the newest games (Batman Archam Asylum, Left 4 Dead 2 etc.) on highest details with some decent fps;

Nvidia Geforce 8800 GTS 512

5 Gb RAM

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 2,5 Ghz

Windows Vista 32bit



I'm thinking to upgrade my Graphic card to nvidia 295 gtx, will i get the most out of it?

I'm also considering upgrading to windows 7 64bit?

Upgrading to Windows 7 is a very good idea..Much much better on games than Vista

If you feel the need to upgrade you could aim at HD5850 half the price of GTX295

or even the HD5770 which is about $170.

Another advantage of any 64bit OS is that all of your memory will be recognized instead of only ~3.4GB.
