Upgrading my 9800GT

Like the title says I want to upgrade my video card, I would like something comparable to the price and the performance of 9800 GT, I would rather stick with nvidea if at all possible, Im kinda in a pinch on what I could spend anything from 100-150 bucks would be great.

I don't understand your question. You want to upgrade your 9800GT to something that costs as much as a 9800GT and performs at the same level as a 9800GT? Um, don't upgrade at all, you already have that.

Within your budget this GTX 650ti would be the most power you could get. This should be much faster than a 9800gt, assuming your CPU is not old enough to bottleneck it.

Well the only problem I have with my 9800 is that it is not direct x 11 and most game that I play is upgrading to directx 11 and the fan is starting to go bad, and I think my processor would be fine I am running a 9950 Black Edition

Yeah, that CPU should be ok for a bit with the card I listed especially if you overclock and don't play anything too terribly new (i.e. CPU intensive, such as Battlefield 4.) This will actually be quite an upgrade.
