upgrading my advent dt2410

i own an advent dt2410. Few months ago i upgraded gpu from hd6670 to gtx750ti. Other specs are:
I5 3330
MSI H61M-P31/W8 mobo
8gb 1333mhz ram
Cwt psu model:gpa450p 450w

I was thinking about buying a new case and ram but would that be a smart move? I want to improve my gaming performance and run games far cry 4 on max at 1080p

I'd upgrade the motherboard to one with a newer and gaming oriented chipset. Such as Z97. Your RAM is fine.

An SSD would sort of improve your gaming experience, in terms of load times.
