Upgrading my Alienware X51 R2

Hello everyone, I currently own an Alienware X51 R2, I want to upgrade the components of it, such as the CPU and GPU. The ones I had in mind are:

GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-core Processor.

My current specs are:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4440 3.1GHz
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 645
8GB Ram

Will I be able to add these upgrades? Will my PC be able to run with them and what fps would I play games such as GTA V and Just Cause 3 on?

That i5 you have there in your computer is fine . Yes , definetly upgrade that gpu to the 970. Use the left over money for an ssd and for better cooling/ new case .

But will my computer be able to handle it? It's the R2 is the watts enough?
