Upgrading my AMD GPU

I want to upgrade from my ATI Radeon 5700 but i need to be sure the upgrade will fit my Mobo. What card would you guys recommend based on these specs?

AMD Phenom II X4 840
MoBo: Asus M4N68T-M V2
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
ATI Radeon HD 5770

I should have stated I'll also be upgrading my PSU as well. Last year my PSU suddenly died on me and i had to swap it with just a lowgrade coolermaster. I plan on buying a new PSU along with the GPU, probably a 700W

But to answer you question is a 500W coolermaster RS-500-PCAR
