Upgrading my build, not sure if new parts will fit

I upgraded the graphics card, cpu, and power supply. I was wondering if this will fit together in my case and if it looks like it should integrate well with the existing hardware.

What is the maximum budget ?? I ask because im sorry to say but amd is just too much behind to warrant sticking with it.

I'd say $600-650 which is about what I'd be spending on the new components. I don't mind sticking with AMD for the time being.

dont waste money on the psu. your 550 will be plenty for gtx 980. instead use the $75 for an intel h170 motherboard and get a brand new i5 and not a two year old fx cpu.

Your current memory is ddr3 and new motherboard uses ddr4 they are incompatible.
and dont make same mistake of getting 1 stick again as it wont use dual channel use 2 sticks.
