Upgrading my build

I've upgrading my build (just brought the gpu and the case and psu are on the way) just wondering if what i was going to upgrade to would be the best value for what they are,

gpu - 970 gigabyte itx
psu - cooler master v650s
case - nzxt 410
ram (4x4gb) Crucial BLS4G3D1609DS1S00CEU
mobo - 970g-46 msi (with stock cooler)
cpu - amd fx 8320

what i was going to buy to
i5-4690k devils canyon
z97 mATX gaming 5 gigabyte ( i just realised this is mATX i dont think it will affect me too much as im not planning on massively overclocking or adding extra gpu's)
probably a ssd for OS but not to sure on this
and eventually some higher quality ram

Keep the RAM and buy this for processor/motherboard. The Xeon is a Core i7 minus the integrated GPU.

I would say that the xeon might be a little better and you could even drop the cooler though would be a fair bit quieter with it.
