Upgrading my computer for 2k16

Hey everyone,
I think its about time I upgrade my computer for the great next gen games for 2016. I am definitely going to grab Battlefront 3, The Division, MGS, etc. My only problem is my system is a little bit on the older side. My specs:

-AMD FX 8350 (Processor)
-16 GB Kingston (RAM)
-SSD 500GB (Storage)
-GTX 760 2 GB (Gpu)
-Gigabyte AM3+ single gpu (motherboard)
-800W bronze certified (psu)

I am mostly concerned about my gpu and maybe a bit about my processor. I also dont want to rape my wallet. Thanks!

Only thing really would be the GPU. The RAM is fine, the CPU is still enough for modern gaming.
