That IGPU is killing you. It would be of great help to get a dedicated graphic card, Intel has awful integrated graphics.
You missed to state which PSU, it's very important if you are to get dedicated GPU.
Another great addition would be investing in an SSD.

I know man, that's why I'm here looking for help from experts.

I'll invest in great SSD. I don't know what's my PSU name is.

Ok dedicated GPU but what should I get? There are so many.

Methinks that Rx 570 or GTX 1060/2060/1660 would be appropriate for the rest of the system.
Ok Rx 570 or GTX 2026/1660 ti .. does it works with my i7-4790 well???

How about GTX 1080 Ti??
Lol experts, what do you want to do with the PC?
Honestly, you guys are better than me that's why I came here to ask all of you.
I'm a noobie in computers lol.

I want it for gaming, streaming, and editing stuff like Adobe premiere.

I'm afraid that 1080Ti would be disproportionate to rest of system, you could use it but CPU may not be enough to play games on a level GPU can.

What res? Guessing a 2060 super and 8GB extra RAM would be a good upgrade. But it’s a 4000 series chip so you’re on DDR3 so no point in the extra ram

Oh Dang!! What other GPU you would recommend to me? Also Do I have to replace my RAM?
I'd say that a GTX 1660 ti would be a pretty good fit for your system.
Yeah I saw it on YouTube it is decent and nice, better than GTX 1060 GB 6. However, GTX 1080 Ti is beyone amazing and I'm not sure if it works on my computer or do I get bottleneck??? I'm not sure.

Res? Sorry If got you wrong, but do you mean my Display Resolution? It's 1920 x 1080, BenQ VZ2350 monitor Full HD
What is your budget for upgrades?
I don't have a number in my mind. I'm just looking for the best for my specs computer. I was thinking of buying a new computer and get rid of this one, but one of my brothers told me you're wasting your money. Just upgrade it and I have no idea how lol, so I came here to ask.
Budget and make/model, of the power supply, needs to be listed, before we can help you at all.
Sorry I didn't listed it before, but I looked around and I found the box of my PSU. PSU: Gigabyte PoweRock AX 500. Model/ GZ-EHS50A-C2. AC Input/ 230Vac 4A. Thank you and sorry again.

Is your computer custom built or a prebuilt? If a prebuilt make and model if you can please

Your GPU choice depends on the resolution, even your 4790 could handle a 1080 ti on 4K and still be balanced. I ran a stock 4770K with a 1080 ti for a couple of years at 4K without issue. That being said if the 1080 ti prices are high where you live you could always go 2070 Super as it performs just as good and can be found around $500.

Fairly big case then, what’s your budget?
My budget 300-700$

Nice, but don't I get bottleneck if I bought 2070 super?

I forgot to mention should I change my RAM from DDR3 to DDR4? does it effect my motherboard or my motherboard is too old for it?

1080 ti is pretty much identical to the 2070S but the bottleneck is determined by the resolution but also the game. You might see it hold back newer CPU heavy games but all in all it would be a good pairing. But this is at 4K, for 1440P I'd probably opt for the 5700 XT, 2060 or Super version. At 1080P then I'd go 1660 ti.

Currently I’d go 2060S and a new PSU and SSD.

you can’t swap to DDR4 it won’t fit in a DDR3 slot.
