Hello, I was thinking of upgrading but i got a few questions.
These are my current specs:
i5 2320
amd hd7850 sapphire 1gb vram
8 gb ram (2x4)
fujitsu D2990-A1
500watt psu
500gb hdd

these will be my new specs:
i5 2500k
gtx 770 gainward/gtx 780
8gb ram(2x4)
fujitsu D2990-A1
600w psu
500gb hdd

Im thinking of buying a new cpu, gpu and psu.
which one of the graphic cards should i choose for my setup?.
is it worth upgrading to those?
Will there be a huge differance in performance?
Anything else i should know?

Solution
The GTX 770/780 will require a better PSU, yes. But no 600W cheapie! Get a good one.
The GTX 770 is about an 80% improvement over the HD 7850. Your i5-2500K will perform nicely with the GTX 770 or 780. In fact, so would the i5-2320.

I Think it's pretty good, 0.15% bottleneck isn't worth buying als more expensive CPU in such a low price range, als 600W PSU willen do fine of it's goodwill quality (psu's go on samen quite often, so be on The lookout for discounts)

The cpu costs me 35 Euro
gtx 770 gainward 2gb costs me 55Euro
Power supply is a cx600 corsair

Is it worth?
Oh and are these things even compatible?
I5 2500k on a fujitsu D2990-A1 and the other components

I got a few quick questions...
Which one is better Gtx 770 gainward 2gb or Gtx 770 ''Founders edition'' 2gb?
1 fan or 3fans?
And is it worth Upgrading my specs to those?
and will i be able to overclock my cpu?

-founders edition's make little to no difference to other cards
-i suppose you're talking about the gpu and not the case fans, 1 should be enough, 2 is good and 3 is if you want to overclock it a little or if you want it to run quite (the founders edition has a blower type cooler wich isn't that good but a lot of people still buy it cause it looks nice)
-it depends, what kind of performance increase do you expect? I would say less, but you won't get tripple your fps.
-not really, maybe a little, most h motherboards don't support overclock, mine doesn't even support xmp, so i wouldn't put to much hope into that...

-yeah, that psu should be fine
-your gaming performance will be 75% better, not quite double, but still, if you are going overclock on the gpu (keep in mind there is limited power by your psu if you're going high overclock, but i wouldn't panic to much about that) it might be a little more
-i don't have time at the moment but i'll check if you're specific motherboard can overclock, a motherboard with a h chipset isn't likely to do a lot though
