This is what I have upgraded to recently -

Current PSU - Corsair CX650M

Motherboard - Gigabyte X570 Gaming X
Ryzen R9 3900X CPU
RTX 2070 GPU
G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GTZRX Trident Z RGB Series 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4 3200MHz
Coolermaster master liquid lite 120
1TB HDD 7200 rpm
1TB SSHD seagate firecuda
240GB SSD WD Green
3 x RGB 120nm inflow fans
1 x 120nm outflow fan
Acer KG241Q 144hz monitor

I am worried about the power supply and if its good enough quality to handle gaming for long hours.

I usually game at 1080p ultra settings if thats of any concern

650 watts is enough to push that rig, but that is not a great PSU. A malfunction can damage your expensive hardware. You may want to get a better PSU for insurance. Corsir TXM/RMx, EVAG G2/G3, Seasonic Focus Gold are all very good PSUs.
Unfortunately I can't find any RMX series power supplies from corsair available here. Would TXm series be good too?
