Upgrading my CPU, motherboard, RAM need help

Motherboard: Asus Z97-E
CPU: i5 4690K
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) Hyperx Fury Black, DDR3 1866Mhz

Upgrade:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z270-Gaming K3
CPU: Intel Kaby Lake i5-7600K
GPU: Not needed
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) Vengeance LPX Black, DDR4 3000MHz

Or....

Motherboard: MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS
CPU: Intel Coffee Lake i5-8600K
GPU: Not needed
RAM: Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) Vengeance LPX Black, DDR4 3000MHz

The price is only 40€ between them. Gonna use for gaming.

I5-8600k for sure then. It has 6 cores compared to 7600k with only 4 cores single core is better as well. However, your CPU is actually not far away from those two setup, may not worth the extra money. Are you overclocking your 4690k?

Yes my 4690K is overclocked to 4.6

If you don't feel happy with the performance, 8600k it is

Also the i3-8350k is the i5-7600k replacement in terms of processing cores.
