Upgrading my cpu

Hello people,
i want to upgrade my midget pc, ie , dell inspiron 660s, including the cabinet, ram, psu and gpu.
Following is the specs.
Intel i5 3330s
intel ivy bridge south bridge p75/b75
4gb ddr3 ram
220w psu.
So, is the upgrade possible on the pc? I just only actually want to know if the mother board can take a 400w or more, 8gb ram and atleast a gtx 750 or better. . . .
Or, what is the max config supported by the mobo.

Yes the board will support all of those in a different case.

how high can i go with the gpu, can i get a 900 something gpu? And can i get 500w psu.?

With that CPU I would aim at GTX950 and yes you can go as high as you want on the PSU.

So, i there any possibility if i can use a 650w psu and gtx 980, or gtx 970?

Yes system will pull from the PSU what it needs no more so no limit on it, the board has the required slot for any card that is on the market.
