So my laptop broke and instead on repairing my laptop i should invest on upgrading my cpu... My cpu model is hp pro 3400 series microtower. Im anoob on computers and my problem is that i dont know if its integrated graphics or not... And can i even apply a video card? I really want to play games on it since its old and my family doest use it anymore

Solution
If you can at least enter BIOS screen, there should be enough information to list.
But.... if that desktop was made during XP's time it's very unlikely it can be upgraded to be any close to any laptop with an i5 processor and any upgrade would not get it any closer.
See how much would laptop repair cost and than could compare and see if making a new computer wold be close to that price. Repairing a laptop, depending on what died, may cost close to a price of new one or even making a small desktop.
Maybe you can use case, PSU and accessories from desktop and HDD from laptop to save some money fot making a new one.

So for now what i only know with my desktop is that... It has intel pentium orocessor i tried going in the device manager in the graphics section and i found a intel graphics thingy and has a little wuestion mark... I tried reinstalling it but its says the hard ware is corrupt or it doesnt exist , that cpu is still in windows xp . My laptop has intel i5 processor and intel hd graphics 4000, cant even exceed 30 fps on skyrim

So Yes this is actually my desktop model.. but the only thing that i know is that it has 2.3hz.. can i apply video card in this kind of desktop?

Yes, there is one PCIe x16 slot (BUS) and CPU is still pretty good one. If it really has i5-2400 or i5-2500 it would be worth at least GT 750/760 or R7 260x/ R9 270 GPU.
If you have working Windows on it, http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html will tell you everything you need about MB, CPU, BIOS, memory ETC.
To know if you have dedicated GPU in it, look at the back if monitor connection is on the MB or it has another place to plug it in 90 degrees to MB. You can also open one side of the case and see if there is an add-on card in there. You'll have to open it anyway to change/add a graphic card. While you are at it, look at PSU sticker on the side of it to check how much power it can provide.

So instead of opening the desktop (because I might break things) I entered bios and its says here:

Processor type. Intel cpu g630 2pentcpu.70 ghz
Cache size 64kbx2 / 256kbx2/ 3072kb

Integrated mac . e89354a06e4
System.bios cup_714.rom v7.14

Does this mean I can apply a video card or is it integrated.graphics?

It just means that your computer has Intel Pentium G630 CPU.
http://ark.intel.com/products/53483/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G630-3M-Cache-2_70-GHz

It says nothing about having discrete graphics card.

Just look at the backside of your pc.
For example this one has discrete graphics card:

This one - does not:

So my budget is 400-500 $.. should i upgrade on intel i3 or inteli5 base on performance and budget? and ive come up with what should i buy:

Nvidia Gtx750i
A new Psu that supports 600wats
Amd 7300 or inteli3/inteli5 depending on performance and budget

So what should i get between the Amd 7300, inteli3 and intel i5 ?

uhhhm... So that means if i buy an intel i3 or intel i5 then i dont have to change my motherboard? ohh and this would be my final question for now....... If ever i changed the power supply of my desktop then that means i can go for gtix 660 or upto 770 right?
