Question Upgrading my CPU

Dear Friends,
I have a CPU whose configuration from CPUZ is given below. Now, I have a small problem. Can I change my processor to some higher configuration without changing the motherboard or any other component?
My system is very slow. Particularly after I have installed Android Studio recently. Of course, I know that installing android studio is going to slow down my system. If I increase my RAM to 8GB with another memory stick, will my present processor recognise that?
I don't have high gaming requirements. So I don't want to invest too much on this old system.
If I missed out any details, please let me know.

If you tried to include an image for the CPU-Z screenshot, then it won't show up here unless you have the file on an image hosting site. Upload image to Imgur and then pass on a link to this post.

If you ca't do that, you could simply pass on your current system's specs, like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

It'd also be a good idea for you to read through this thread and stylize your post accordingly.
