Hi! I am gonna upgrade my PC with some cyber monday deals, and i'd love some input in my ugprades and if they're smart. Below i'll list my current components and what i'm planning to upgrade them to. I'd love to know if there's anything that wouldn't match, or something that I might've missed in the process of picking my parts:

My current setup and what i'm planning to upgrade to is as follows:

CPU: i5-8600k -> i5-13600k (220 EUR)
Cpu cooler: Not sure what I have now but it won't fit on new chipset -> Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE (40 EUR)
Mobo: ASRock Z390 Extreme4 -> MSI Z790-P Pro DDR5 (200 EUR)
RAM: DDR4 16gb @ 3000 mhz -> DDR5 2x16gb @ 6000 mhz ( 120 EUR)
GPU: GTX 1070 ti -> GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4070 WINDFORCE OC (608 EUR)
Psu: Seasonic Focus+ 750W
Case: Phanteks p400
SATA Ssd: 2x
Nvme m2: 1x
HDD: 1x
Monitors: 3 monitors, primary being 2560x1440

Thanks in advance for the help!

Can't really argue against it without knowing where you are purchasing from.

Fairly sensible part selection otherwise.
Hi thanks for the reply!! I am orderring everything off of amazon.de as they provide very competitive pricing from what i've seen.

if you want to upgrade the cpu again in the future, go for Ryzen 7800X3D with a B650 mobo that supports pcie 5.0 M.2 slot.

The aorus elite AX or the Asus tuf plus or Asrock riptide B650E all are good choices.

If you can wait till Jan for the gpu, Nvidia will be launching the 4070ti super. looks to be a good deal with 16gb vram and increased cuda cores. I am doing the same - waiting for the 4070ti super.

Yeah I saw the 4070 ti super will come out soon, but I am honestly not interested in a more "powerful" GPU for a higher price point, unless that price point is within the 100$ more. For now, I am not planning to play any games or do anything that would require me anything higher than a 4070.

What do you think about the rest of my parts?

Yeah, not quite enough cash for a 7800X3D unless an increase in the budget is an option.

Intel is a bit overpriced in Germany, not sure where you are seeing those prices. Those may be short duration deals.

I tentatively agree that a Ryzen build makes more sense for the future.

there is also the 4070 super to consider, rumored to match the performance of the vanillia 4070ti with a huge bump in the cuda cores.

Also, you can definitely save some cash and get the 7600 non X, enable PBO and enjoy about the same performance.
