Hi guys, could someone let me know which upgrades would be best for my current system:

MODO: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P
CPU: AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core
RAM: 16GB Corsair
GPU: GTX 970 Strix
PSU: 550w

I have a budget of £300 at the moment and my main focus is upgrading the CPU to Intel and upgrading the motherboard as it only supports AMD CPU's. Could you tell me the best CPU and motherboard for my GPU that will not bottleneck the GPU please.

Would it be worth adding another 16GB's of RAM as I already have 16GB?

Yes thats DDR4 ram, you cant use your old DDR3 in that board.

It's a bit petty but if I buy the i5 6600k and all the other parts on Amazon they won't arrive when I need them too but if I buy the i5 4690k it will arrive when I need them too, would buying the i5 4690k be just as good as the i5 6600k?

Well if you went Haswell (4690K) you would be able to use your current DDR3 RAM, the performance difference between the 4690 and 6600 is minor but personally I would go with the newer tech and have to wait a bit longer. If your overclocking just make sure the CPU is the K series and the MB is compatible (1150=Z97, 1151=Z170).
