Upgrading my gpu and subsequently my psu

Okay so after some research i have decided upon a gpu ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-GTX-970-Graphics-Express/dp... ) and a psu ( http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-CP-9020054-UK-Series-Mo... )

Now I need help. First off, is the psu good? If so, how do i know if it will work with the rest of my components and case etc, and if you know of any good videos or tutorials then please link them, Ive never done anything like this before so it's kind of scary, thanks

Here is a list of my current specs if it helps:
i5 4670k oc'd to 4.2 ghz
8gb RAM
gtx 760 2gb
Xigmatek Calibre series 600w psu xcp-a600
Windows 7
gigabyte Z87-HD3 motherboard

Your links are not working, some corsair psu are good whilst some are not so good. For that setup a good 550 watt or more psu is good.
