what graphic card is compatible with this old parts?

also suggest a gpu thats not to expensive. around 100-160 dollars

That cpu of yours would bottleneck even the gtx 1050ti so if you don't plan on upgrading soon then the RX 460 or gt 1030 will be enough
But if you plan to upgrade in the near future you should get the 1050Ti
