Upgrading my gpu

I'm looking to upgrade my gpu. I currently use a GTS 450 and a Core i3 CPU with 8Gb of RAM. Will a GTX 760 be compatible with everything? Will it fit in the same slot as the GTS 450?

Yes it will fit where the 450 is. The new card is 3/4" longer. Is there room in front of the card for that? What size/brand PSU do you currently have?
