Alright, So I have worked out that everything will fit, my PSU Will definitely be able to support my card, But my question is, I am upgrading from a ASUS GT 640 to a EVGA GTX 750 Ti. The problem is ASUS has GPU tweak, When I am upgrading, Do I just uninstall GPU tweak, then just proceed with the normal process? or is there something else I have to do? That is all. thanks in advance :)

Solution
That program isn't just for Asus GPUs, it can be used with any GPU, regardless of the manufacturer. So you won't have to do anything at all with it, it'll be fine.

First try to disable your graphics drive and install the new one, If this works cool but if it didn't you'll have to proceed installing the driver with out disabling because it might update the system.

Actually, The GT 640 and GTX 750Ti Use the exact same driver, its ASUS's Special program that I don't know what to do with.
