Upgrading my gpu

Hello there. I am looking to upgrade my gpu and I am stuck between two cards.
I currently have
I5 4440
8gb ram
Gtx 650 ti

I'm stuck between the gtx 960 2gb which I can get for about 200 or the gtx 970 4gb for 300. So I'm wondering if the 970 is worth the extra 100 and if it will bottleneck my machine and end up being worse then good. I play gta 5 at medium/low now and bf4 at medium/high. Looking to be able to play gta 5 at highish

The GTX 970 will live up to your expectations if you can afford it.

Runs everything superbly well at 1080p and you've got a good CPU to combine it with.

I have an i5 4440 3.1ghz. Is that a good CPU to combine it with?

yes 970 is worth the extra $100.it is the best card in its price range and ur cpu is among the top tier cpus so no bottleneck but make sure you have a solid 500watt power supply.
