Upgrading my gpu

Hello. I have an ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 series, AMD Athlon II X2 4400e Processor ~ 2.7 Ghz, 3 GB of RAM. I'm thinking about upgrading my gpu but I don't know which one would suit my system and be better than the actual one. Can you help me guys ?

run this tool find the part number of the video card see if it agp or pci. also the model of your pc. you also have to look at the power supply of the pc. if you have a pci video slot and a 300w power supply then a nvidia 740 would be the highest i would go.
