Hello,

I want to upgrade my Sapphire radeon r7 260x 2 gb to a MSI GeForce GTX 960 GAMING 4G but i don't know if my PSU has enough wattage
other specs are
CPU: Intel core i4-4440 3.10 Ghz
Ram: 8 GB (2x 4)
1 Samsung evo 850 Ssd (250 GB) and 1 HDD (1 TB)
PSU: 450 watt

Solution

Plenty of power, go ahead as long as you see the proper power cables from your PSU, 8 pins etc

With your setup, you'll probably be using 400 Watts max on a heavy load. However, if you keep up the load, some cheaper PSU's are unable to keep up with the demand as their rated "Wattage" is a peak wattage opposed to a sustained wattage.
What I meant by normal circumstances is that as long as you are not doing anything which is long term strenuous on the system like rendering etc, you'll be fine. Gaming may or may not push it to the max, I'm not sure so take my comments with a grain of salt.
