Upgrading My GPU

Will my core i5-760 bottleneck a gtx 1070? Do I have to upgrade to any i7 in the LGA 1156 line? and which one is the best?

If the pre-release reviews of the new 1000 series are correct, yes. There will be some bottleneck. Even the fastest of the 1156 CPUs will be touch and go for bottleneck. If you can still find a i7-875K, grab one and OC it assuming your board allows for that. If not then one of the i7-9xx.
