Upgrading My GPU

Hi, I would like to know if my PC is compatible with GTX 1060 6GB. I was told it is compatible using a userbenchmark but I want to be absolutely sure.

That's a laptop right? Unless Dell says different about this model, you can't just add your choice of videocard to it.

Yes, it a laptop but I was told that I can't just slap and video card onto a laptop. Haven't check with my manufacturer any tho.

I'm seeing a lot of sites that say the gpu is part of most laptop motherboards but at the same time, I'm seeing videos showing that puts a 1060 gpu in a Dell 15 7000 Inspiron.
