Solution
hey. From the looks of it your case should fit most of the Zotac gtx 970 gpus, although you didnt specify which one exactly. Such as the zotac gtx 970 AMP, or OC extreme edition. But the biggest gtx 970 card zotac makes will still fit in your case. Coolermaster says your case can fit up to 270mm or 10.68 inch card, and also you can take a hard drive cage out for even more room. But simply said your case can fit the card. Your cpu should be fine, but with games that use a lot of threads/ cpu intensive in general like skyrim, mmo games, and of course dayz SA may bottleneck your card a bit. But not such a large bottleneck that would warrant a cpu upgrade. like a maximum of 9fps. For dayz SA that game will bottleneck any card right now, as it is highly cpu intensive, so don't worry about that too much. Your mobo should be fine with the gpu too. Except, if you planned later on to sli your gpu, your mobo doesn't support nor does it have enough x16 pcie ports. But overall your set up should be fine with that new gpu, it should also bring a nice kick back in your system, and im sure you will enjoy that upgrade. Don't worry about all the 3.5 vram issues, that card is still pretty kickass and the best option in its price range.

I was thinking of buying this graphic card in the link below :

http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-geforce-gtx-970-4-gb-gddr5-graphics-card/p/itme2w4hn4mn28ev?pid=GRCEY7N4BUVSVJZN&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=gtx+970&ref=8cc7b170-837a-4687-92c5-4aa47e94f6b1

If there is any other graphic card which can give me max fps on games and also suits my specs nd better than GTX970 please let me know??

Yeah, that card will definitely fit in your case. its 205mm long, and your case can fit up to 270mm, not including the option to remove drive bays. Of course there's gonna be a better card out there, there will always be. But for that price range the gtx 970 outperforms everything. Now, the next tier card is gonna be a big jump in price- the 980.which is about double the price of of the 970. So its really up to your budget. You shouldn't really run into bottlenecks with 970 on your build. By the way, I don't know anything about flipkart, so i might not buy from that site. Looks a bit sketchy to me. But if you have bought from that place before, than go for it.

Sure i will buy the Asus one. Currently, few games require the full 4GB VRAM. But the card's limitation may make it less future-proof for games down the road . Do still still think i should buy that card or go for someother graphic card in that range???

Well i will consider your suggestions and Thank you so much for helping..

Even with a 970 you can max out on the settings(ultra stuff at 1440P) and still expect decent FPS (25-35) on the latest titles such as AC unity which is playable. If you want more you"ll need at least a 980. It depends on you , what type of games are you playing. The games which currently require full 4 GB VRAM are when played at 4K , you needn't worry about that. As far as the future proofing is concerned , 970 is decent enough, probably lower down the settings on the future titles. The next level is 980, which is almost double, depends on you how much you wanna spend at the moment. I'd still recommend the 970 though.

Well then i will stick with buying 970.Thank you for helping..
