Upgrading my graphic card

I was reading in this forum where another person asked about upgrading his graphic card & psu in a HP 410f which is the computer I have. Since I'm not a gamer by any means is there any benefit for me to pursue upgrading the graphics card/psu? The computer works fine and I have 16 GB Ram installed.
