Upgrading my graphic to GTX 970 or 960 ?

I am currently having a i7-4790 3.6ghz. 8GB Ram. Corsair CX 430M PSU and GTX 750 1GB GPU.

The thing is that I dont know if my PSU can handle it. Corsaie is a wellknown brand but the 430 part made me reluctant. If i cannot settle for GTX 970 then can I do the evga GTX 960 ? I've been using evga brand for many years so I'm quite comfortable with it. I'm trying to keep it within the budget by not uograde the PSU btw. Please let me know if my PSU can handle the 970 or not.

So would 960 be a good alternative if I cant do 970 (sorry for tbe downvote, i didnt know what it does)

The CX has issues with sustained loads and longevity, I wouldn't want to put more than 150-200W on a 430W unit for more than 6 months.

perhaps wait for the 1060 coming out very soon, rumor suggesting it only uses 120w, and provides near 980 performance.

960 (or upcoming 1060) will run on it. I would NOT run a 970 on that PSU.
