Hi everyone!
I just joined here, hoping I'll actually learn something about computers, due to the fact that I know nothing. I have only the worst computer in the world, a compaq, when it comes to what i want do with it: play games. I got Skyrim for PC about a year ago, and can play it averaging about 1-5 FPS, and Steam says i have 90 minutes played even though I've never gotten past the intro :pfff:

So, this has encouraged me to try and find upgrades for my computer at a decent price. All I wish to do is play Skyrim at (at least) medium settings without any problems.

Here are my specs:

Processor: AMD Sempron(tm) Processor LE-1300
Ram: 2.0 GB
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Graphics Card: GeForce 6150SE nForce 430

And here is what I found in my budget:

Sorry if I left out anything in my computer's specs, because again I know nothing about computers. And, I'm only a teenager, so my budget isn't exactly the highest. And all that Can You RUN It? said I needed to upgrade was the processor, graphics card and ram.

Thanks for the help guys.

My computer is a compaq presario CQ5205Y. I'd like to keep it around $200, I'd be willing to go to $300. And if nessecary, I can go higher, but i have to wait to get more money. And my monitor resolution is 1366 x 768.
