Upgrading my motherboard?

Alright, so awhile back I bought a new processor,

and my motherboard seemed to support it but I didn't realize it was a 125w and my motherboard only supports up to 95w.
So now I need a new motherboard that will work with this processor but still works with my computer:

I've added a graphics card and added a new psu

but everything else is the same.

Can anyone recommend a good micro ATX motherboard that had at least a 135w max TDP and supports Socket AM3/ AM3+ video cards?
