Currently I have a Logitech G700s running fully on wired (I lost the wireless adapter) but I wanted a bigger mouse because I have huge hands. Any suggestions?

The Thermaltake Theron is a great value mouse for people with big hands.
I own one that I got through a sponsorship, and it is very good, and also ambidextrous.
The sensor is laser, but it is quite good in my use.
It has been replaced by the Deathadder Chroma and Corsair M65 RGB, but it is still good! ^.^

I took a look at both of these but I really want something that still has 4 side buttons because I do play some MOBAs. If I could build my own mouse I would but I'm not that skilled at soldering and stuff.

The Razer Naga Hex v2 is an amazing new mouse, got one in the mail the other day for some reason from Razer. o_O Gave it a whirl and it was pretty good! :) Fit my hand well and the buttons on the side were easily accessible.
I would send it to you for free, but I live in AUS and shipping to the US would be insanely expensive, meaning it would probably be cheaper to buy a new one.... :(

I might go see if I can try this one out because it seems like a great mouse that would fit me.

Sounds like a plan! :)
I'm sure you could try out a few mice if you dropped into your local PC store or Best Buy, let me know how you go.
If you don't end up liking it or can't find any alternatives I can make some more suggestions.

Planning to do this today because I have a bad feeling that my mouse is going to die soon.

Does anyone know how big the Roccat mice are? I ask because I do use Linux frequently and do occasionally game on it.

Roccat mice aren't great. :/
If you want a basic mouse that is still thick, the Thermaltake Theron is the only one I can recommend unfortunately from personal use, thick mice can be crap sometimes because they're so damn heavy.
