HELP!!!
so i recently bought a msi ge 72 apache pro, it comes with 16gb ddr4 of ram, i wanna upgrade it but i was kind hoping to get a single 16gb ddr4 to replace one of the 8gb cards. i havent found anything for a notebook unfortunately i found two 16gb cards for 500 but shit, thats like halfway to buying me a new desktop to add onto lol. any sugestions? i have heard losing the dual channel will slow it way down? if so does anyone know of a cheaper 32gb setup. all the help is greatly appreciated!!!!

16 gig of RAM is enough for 99% of computer use, barring pro work with video/image/CAD files. Even then you can work with it.

If you are doing this to make games run faster or get faster rendering, it's a waste of money unless you do it for a living and want to lower time it takes to render.

my computer runs pretty high just sitting here running the internet im sittin at 67% dont get me wrong it still runs my games great and everything but last night i finally downloaded adobe photoshop and trying to run photoshop and dreamweaver at the same time was pushing it. my computer came with a shitload of bloatware tho, i need to go through my things and delete stuff but i havent had a pc in such a long time im not 100% sure about everything thats ok to delete.
