Upgrading my old build, will this work?

Greetings. I'v just wanted to ask few questions about my new build,or to be more precise just an upgrade. Starting off, here is my current build.

CPU : Intel i3-4130
Motherboard : H81M-E33
GPU : GTX 650Ti 2GB (OC Edition)
Case : Codegen QoRi Q3353-A2
PSU : CORSAIR BUILDER CX430M ATX2.3 80+ 430W
RAM : 1 x Kingston HYPERX FURY BLUE (4GB/1600 MHz/CL10)

I'm guessing that is about it.
I'm not using any aftermarket coolers or case fans (due to budget).
Here is to what i was aiming to upgrade.

CPU : Intel i5-4690k
CPU Cooler : Corsair H80i
Case : ZALMAN MIDI TOWER Z3 PLUS

Now the question is. Can my PSU even handle the upgrade?
If it can,can it handle OC'ing new cpu to 4.2 GHz?

Hence i'v been having issues with my all 3 previous computers (the i3-4130 custom built),
i've been having temperature issues. CPU idling at 50's,and playing something like CS:GO at 70's (even with non-stock thermal paste, and no i don't believe i put too much or too small amount of it. I did as many people suggested,in size of a pea).
Will the new case (with fans already in)+ H80i take care of heating issues?
Will the new case + old mobo have enoguh room to wiggle everything together (this may sound silly, but i'm confused with all those atx/mini atx and what not names).

Thank in advance for anyone whos willing to help me out with these questions.

Solution
If you want to overclock you would need to upgrade the motherboard aswell, you need a Z series board for overclocking. If you are not getting a new gpu that psu can propably handle it, but if going for a R9 280x or gtx 970 I would recommend getting a 550W psu atleast.

Edit. That case supports stand and m-atx motherboards so it should have no problems with fitting. Tweaktown has a review of the case (http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/6311/zalman-z3-plus-white-mid-tower-chassis-review/index3.html). You could also propably do with a quality air cooler instead of the water cooling if you like (just don't get a cooler that is too high, they used a 150mm cooler on the review).

Also getting a dual channel ram kit should give some performance (2x4GB should be plenty).

To start off,my budget for upgrade is 400 Euros - I will buy my parts from here (http://www.1a.lv/datoru_komponentes). It's mostly best priced, local interenet store here in my country.

No,i'm not upgrading GPU. For my current setup with i3-4130,and GTX 650Ti , i feel like upgrading CPU to i5 is better,am i right?
Gotcha on the overclocking issue, then i won't be overclocking, since getting a good mobo also is gonna force me out of my budget (with i5-4690k).
That being said, since i5-4690k is meant for overclocking (as far as i understand),maybe choosing other (cheaper, but at the same time not impacting performance too much compared to i5-4690k) i5 CPU is gonna allow me to get another 4GB ram kit. You can try checking the prices in the store i posted above, although it's only in Latvian & Russian language.

why dont you order your PC parts from Amazon? Internet stores like dateks.lv and stuff in latvia are too expensive. I bought my PC in 2011 in dateks, but now prices are way off.

Because shipping also costs $? I can just hop over to 1a.lv office and get them with my hand,no need to pay for shipping.

It depends a bit on games you play, on cpu bound games going for a better cpu you will get better performance and on others not much at all (http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/intel-haswell-refresh_4.html#sect0). If you want to upgrade the cpu going for a i5 4460 (194€) or i5 4590 (215€) might be the best middle ground. Then buy another module of that Kingston HYPERX FURY BLUE 4GB to run it in dual channel mode (you need to check the exact product number and buy a matching module, propably this http://www.1a.lv/datoru_komponentes/ram_flash_atminas/kingston_4gb_ddr3_pc12800_cl10_dimm_hyperx_fury_blue_hx316c10f4 but check the 'Preces kods' that it matches).

Then save the rest of the money to upgrade the gpu later when you have the money. You might like something like the GTX 960 which should be a decent upgrade over the 650Ti (http://www.1a.lv/search/gtx+960/1). Other option is to buy the gpu first and the cpu later in which case you get better performance in games that are not cpu bound and not that much better performance in games that are cpu bound. Check what would benefit most based on the games you play.

Edit. Without a k series cpu you wont need the cpu cooling upgrade, a case with a good airflow should allow you to get away with the default cooler. Then upgrade it later if there is a need.

Thank you,i'l look into i5 4590 + 4gb ram with a new case, and i guess il keep the stock cooler since i will be getting a case with fans already in it,if i will be getting some temperature issues,i'l upgrade to aftermarket cooler. Big thanks again. Have a good day.
