So, the reason I upgrade isn't that big of a concern, and maybe, but I will be upgradring my current rig, to actually save my girlfriend a lot of money, so she can play on my "old" rig.
What I am thinking i should upgrade is:
CPU, Mobo, Ram
What I've found is:
ASUS PRIME Z270-P
Ballistix Sport 2 x 8 GB
Core i5 I5-6600K 3.5 GHz
My question now is: Should I go with the new chipset, or should I just go back to the Z170 I will mainly use it for gaming: Dota 2, Dead by Daylight, Doom, BF 1 and that stuff. Also might be photoshopping a little bit.
My budget is around 640 dollars. 4500 Danish krone.
Hope you guys can guide me for the best possible solution.

In general, yes, go cheapest.
Why not M-ATX? You can put one in a more compact case.
And, they are usually a bit cheaper.

The main argument for full ATX is that you are planning on sli.
That seems unnecessary unless your needs exceed the capability of a GTX1080 today.
Tomorrow, there will be even stronger graphics cards available.
Most Z270 motherboards will be capable of a good overclock, and integrated HD 7.1 sound is very good.
I would plan on using a I5-7600K with that Z270 motherboard.
The price will be similar and the 7600K will be potentially faster when overclocked.
As of 12/04/2016
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.40v Vcore.

I5-6600K
5.2 <1% delidded
4.9 14%
4.8 38%
4.7 67%
4.6 87%

I5-7600K
5.1 28%
5.0 52%
4.9 72%
