Upgrading my old rig.

So, hey guys, I'm getting a new computer in a few months, but right now I want to play BF4 on my computer at low-medium settings with 40+ FPS, I found a really cheap GPU I want put in, but I noticed the memory type was different, I need your help.

Current CPU: Gtx 275 896mb.
What I want to upgrade it too: HIS 7850 2GB GDDR5

Current Mobo: GA-EP43T-UD3L

Current CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E8400

Current PSU: Thermaltake toughpower qfan 750w

My questions:
1. Will I be able to run BF4 on low-medium 40+ FPS with this new GPU.
2. Will the new GPU be able to replace the old one, does it fit with my mobo?
3. Will I need to get a new CPU?

yes the gpu will fit your motherboard but i doubt that it will max it out but a gtx 660 should max out bf4 a 660 runs somewhere around $180

yes you might want to get a better cpu preferably a 4 core would be great
