Upgrading my outdated system

Well im upgrading the ageing computer that i currently have.

current set up is:
Proc:amd 4000+
mobo: asus a8n-sli deluxe
psu: thermaltake 430w
ram: 2 gigs ddr 200 (i think)
graphics: 7600gt

these are basically the things i want to replace in the system. the things i have in mind are

new build
Proc: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black
mobo: ASUS M4A79 Deluxe
psu: Rosewill RX750-S-B 750W (comes with a free case)
ram: G.SKILL 4GB DDR2 1066
graphics: 2 options
1) 2 hd 4770 in crossfire
2) SAPPHIRE 100259-1GL Radeon HD 4870 1GB

please let me know what i should change this is a early birthday present to myself and i want it to be nice but under 750 bucks as well thanks please comment
 
Rosewill PSU's are a very bad idea. This is what I'd do in your price range:

Keep in mind that the new motherboards only have 1 IDE port onboard for a total of 2 devices. You might want to spend a little money and upgrade either the HD or optical drive to SATA if you currently have IDE drives.
