Upgrading my Pavilion a6110n desktop PC

I plan to upgrade my desktop. i will buy an graphic card and plan " Radeon HD 5550 ". I also like to get a new CPU, but i think i need to upgrade my motherboard for new CPU's. I was going to buy intel core i3, but it is not going to work on my desktop. I was also going to get more ram (2 gb ddr2) but if i going to get i3, i am going to need to upgrade my rams to ddr3.
So is there any way to upgrade my desktop to an average desktop under 200$

No. Also on HP when you change the motherboard, you need to do a process called TATOO. Without it, the computer won't work.
