Upgrading my pc cooler...

Im not sure if it will fit in my pc because of its size. From what I've seen thats the best cpu under 50$ (which is my budget)
Im using a gigabyte 78lmt-usb3 motherboard and from looking at my pc it doesn't seem to fit a 120mm cpu cooler.

Can anyone find a better one under 50$ Or know if this fits in my pc.
My case is a Raidmax Vortex v4.

That cooler is great for the price. One of the best on the market. Heatsinks are only effective if your case has good air flow however. If you case doesn't have good air flow, then your heatsink may not do much. It should fit in the case.
