Hey Guys,

I currently have upgraded by i3-6100 like a few months ago, and now that I finally have more money I am able to get the i5-7600k.

My real question is do I honestly get anything more besides two extra cores? I play mild gaming such as GTA 5 & CSGO Etc.

I have my i3-6100 paired with a 1050ti 4GB SSC.

If it's not necessary to upgrade or whatever, I'd get a newer computer case and some extra memory.

Thanks

if it's between a case+memory, or the CPU, go for the CPU. that CPU is a big step up in CPU intensive games, GTA 5 is one of them. however i'd go with the i5-7500 instead, you save some money and there isn't any point in getting the k model if you aren't overclocking(no overclocking supported motherboard.)

alternatively, you could just buy a gtx 1060 6gb for the same price... and an old gpu is easy to sell to someone, especially a desirable budget gpu like a 1050
