UPGRADING MY PC ! Some Help :D

I want to update my pc with new hardware, my current is
.intel pentium E6600 at 3.07ghz
. GIgabyte G4i ( intel 45nm optimised) mobo
.250 gb WD cavier Blue 3g/s
.2GB DDR3 1333fsb
.power , Smps Mercury
.gforce en210 1gb ddr3
. My current rig can only handle games before 2010 at decent fps . Gta4 sucks and crysis wh plays good at mainstream . I wanna play new games at about 30 fps . MY Budget is $100 for gpu and $120 for cpu ie if it needs to be replaced . Iam gonna get 2gigs of ram any way and should i buy an amd cpu . Thanks

get one of the new nvidia or amd gpus at that price range and a 6 core amd processor. 4gb of ram are definitly needed too.

your budget is way too tight and that motherboard is outdated too if you want to buy a cpu from the present you have to upgrade the motherboard too as it only supports lga 775

but if you cant, i suggest gpu: gtx 650 1gb or amd 7770 both have almost equal performance and cpu you can get a... core to quad q8400 or q9400 you can get them at like 60-70$ but i suggest to change whole system its really old..

Get a GTX 750ti, and then start saving up for a new rig.
