Upgrading my PC with a $800 Budget

I want to upgrade my PC and i have an $800 budget (ish) im trying to figure out what would be the best options ?

GPU: Geforce GT 640
CPU : AMD A8-6500 APU
Memory: 16GB
Mother Board : MSI 2aeo

Any suggestions would be appreciated

With $800 on hand, it is a good idea to actually get a new, better PC.
