Upgrading My PC

I want to upgrade my Graphics and ram for less than £200. However, i'm not sure what i should upgrade to and if i need a higher power supply or a powerfuller cooling fan.
Here are my specs:
Intel Pentium D 915 (2.8ghz)
Acer MRS600M (motherboard)
2gb ddr2 ram
ATI Radeon HD 2400

You could probably keep everything else the same and spend the $200 on the CPU, MoBo, and RAM, like so:

The AMD A8 series APU has good integrated graphics. Upgrade to an A10 if you can.

Wait. where's the video/graphics card and you're telling me to buy a micro atx motherboard and a mini atx case. Also, you're telling me to buy a processor cloaked at 2.1ghz when my current one is 2.8ghz. Are triple core cpus better then dual cores in gaming?

The Graphics Card is called an APU. It is built in, but it is actually very good. The HD2400 you have is total crap, even worse than an APU. There is something called overclocking, and you seem not to know about it. APUs are pretty good OCers. The case will fit. It goes like this from highest down; ATX-Mini ATX-MicroATX
