upgrading my PC

hello guys
I wanna ask your advice about :
I want to upgrade my PC nd there're two options , first to go with AMD-FX-3100 or Intel core I3 -3220 as (CPU) nd the GPU (gtx 650 TI) so what shall I choose ?
I want to upgrade it for (Gaming , working on Programs like 3D MAX , all stuff of Programs )

well then surely the FX-6300.
gaming wise, it performs generally (GENERALLY) better. and it performs considerably better for general CPU-hungry applications.

surely it will, if you have at least 2GB of RAM, and your mobo has one PCI-e2 X16 slot or higher.
